DENVER — Police were looking for suspects who shot and killed a teenager in a drive-by shooting near E. 29th Ave. and Franklin St. Monday afternoon.

A Denver Police spokesperson says the victim is a 19-year-old male. He was shot and killed at about 2:30 p.m. just down the street from Manual High School.

A spokeswoman with Denver Public Schools says seven schools in the area went on lock down. It was lifted by 3:45 p.m.
