Police say acid bombs left on doorsteps in Longmont, Colo.

LONGMONT, Colo. — Longmont Police made an arrest Thursday in last weekend’s acid bomb attack.

Leo David Gerritizen was taken into custody as officers searched his home Thursday evening.

Police say Gerritizen and a female accomplice were experimenting with the explosives and left them on the doorsteps of two Longmont homes.

Officers say they will be arresting the woman involved soon.
