RAW Chocolate-Coconut Truffles
1 cup organic walnuts
6 medjool dates, pitted
¼ cup organic coconut milk
4T organic cocoa powder
4 T raw honey
Organic shredded coconut flakes
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Refrigerate until cold. Roll into 1½’ truffle balls. Then roll each into shredded coconut flakes. Makes 12-15 truffles.
